Welcome to IdeaEquity. These Terms govern your use of our platform operated by The Concept 99 Group.
By accessing or using IdeaEquity ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.
IdeaEquity is an influencer marketing platform that connects app developers ("Developers") with content creators and influencers ("Influencers") for commission-based app promotion campaigns.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Developers may create promotional campaigns for their mobile applications. All campaign content must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
Influencers must have genuine social media followings and agree to promote apps authentically and in compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines.
A commissionable install is only counted as verified when a user taps an Influencer's tracking link, installs the app from the official app store, and opens (launches) the app at least once on a supported platform, so our SDK can confirm and attribute the install. Downloads that are never opened, installs that cannot be attributed to a tracking link, non-supported platforms, and duplicate or bot/emulator activity are not counted and are not paid.
This open-and-verify step keeps fake, incentivized, and fraudulent installs out — which protects Developers (who only pay for genuine users) and Influencers (whose real results aren't diluted by fraud). For privacy reasons, app stores don't let us perfectly connect a link tap to an install, so once in a while a real install may not register — for example, if someone taps your link on Wi-Fi but installs a little later on cellular (a different network), that connection can be lost. This is normal and isn't a penalty; the large majority of installs that are opened soon after tapping your link are counted.
Influencers must clearly disclose sponsored content in accordance with FTC guidelines and local advertising regulations. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.
Commissions tied to refunded, charged-back, or fraudulent transactions — including self-purchases and abnormal refund rates — are void and forfeited, and may result in account suspension or termination. Commissions are released only after a holding period that lets refunds and trial cancellations resolve.
Right to disqualify installs and commissions. IdeaEquity may, at its sole discretion, review, withhold, adjust, reverse, or disqualify any installs, conversions, or commissions — before or after payout — that it determines to be invalid, unverified, duplicated, incentivized, bot- or emulator-generated, self-referred, or otherwise not the result of genuine promotion. Amounts already paid on disqualified activity may be deducted from future earnings or reclaimed.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Concept 99 Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Concept 99 Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
